The Sussex - Denbighshire

The food and drinks arrived promptly, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the experience. I ordered a mixed grill, but the sausage turned out to be vegetarian despite being advertised as meat. I also ordered a beef burger, which was extremely unpleasant - the bun tasted like it had been sprayed with sea water. The portion of chips seemed to be limited as well. It was concerning to see that many diners at surrounding tables were returning their food for different reasons. I would only consider returning to this restaurant if I were extremely hungry and no other options were available.

I ordered the panini with chicken BBQ cheese and was disappointed to find only two small pieces of chicken on a lot of bread. The portion size did not justify the price and overall, I was not impressed with the meal.

This restaurant is in need of some serious improvement. It is very noisy, with nearby tables shouting instead of speaking. There are also serious Health and Safety concerns, such as young children being lifted up and sitting on the bar, and running wild throughout the restaurant. It must be a challenge for the staff to navigate through this chaos and deliver food to the tables. If changes are not made, this establishment could be mistaken for a playground rather than a restaurant. Those seeking a peaceful dining experience should look for another venue.

Came here while in Rhyl for lunch Food was delicious, piping hot , well presented been here last year and it was definitely improved since then maybe new chef but certainly a lot better I opted for large mixed grill jacket potato , presented great well cooked piping hot would highly rate the chef obviously knows their food temperatures and presentation

They were not serving pizza on the day I went so I had an American hamburger and so did dad. My aunt had jacket potato and tuna we all had a lager shandy so cheap. Foods average but service was good. Friendly and food was hot. Drinks cold perfect for a cheap meal and a good laugh with family
