The view of Texel's picturesque landscape rounded off the ambience and made the evening a visual delight. The service staff at BOSQ deserve the highest praise. Friendly, attentive and always professional, the team ensured that we didn't lack for anything. The food and drink recommendations were excellent and made us feel like first class guests. Now to the highlight of the evening: the food. The cuisine at BOSQ is undoubtedly a culinary masterpiece. Every bite was a feast for the taste buds, and the presentation of the dishes was a real work of art. Fresh ingredients, creative combinations and a distinctive taste made the meal an unforgettable experience. The menu offers a variety that will impress even gourmets. Overall, our visit to BOSQ was an absolute highlight of our stay on Texel. We unexpectedly had a delicious meal at Bosq! A weekend away from the crazy world for just the two of you and be gastronomically spoiled at Bosq. The caneles de Bordeaux are better at Bosq than in France! And if you compliment them, you get another one! What a passion for the profession and the service is fantastic. As enthusiastic gourmets with a preference for fine dinning and Michelin restaurants, we unfortunately have to conclude that our visit to restaurant BOSQ on Texel was a significant disappointment. The flavors of the current menu were clearly not balanced. Both the cauliflower and the scallops were very disappointing. The cauliflower had an unpleasant taste of frying fat, and the scallops lacked the desired taste experience. The duck liver toast was of mediocre quality, and even a vegetable bitterball left a lot to be desired. Although the hamachi was very tasty, this was the only positive aspect of the experience. Heerlijk verminderd in een zeer aangename atmosfeer. Prachtig 'Kerstables' menu genoten en vooral de combinatie tussen de afwas en de wijnen die ons daaraan voorstelden, en de prachtige platen maakten het allemaal een waar feest voor de zonden.
