Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Delray

So many good options!! And the girl that works there, Aliza, was so helpful and sweet! She suggested to layer my toppings and froyo, making it a major 10/10 dessert

Hi owner, I saw a response to a review 3 months ago and said he was being harsh. He was being nice. I'm here now having a frozen yogurt. It's good but the place is absolutely dirty. I also wonder what's dirty where the eye can't see. The napkin holder on the table I'm at has dried ice cream dripping down it and god knows what else. This company was on undercover boss a few years ago. Apparently he needs to come to the Delray location and clean it up.

Really disappointed with my experience last evening. Two of the flavors were not available ironically when I entered the store. Only a few flavors were available and once I paid, I really was disappointed with my order and cost. It was very awful texture of frozen yogurt to say the least

Possible health hazard: There this weekend; store was filthy with dirt, food and papers on the floor; every yogurt machine was covered in yogurt drippings that looked like they were there all day; the counter where the nuts and candy were, was covered with same; one of the yogurt machine dispensed yogurt that was almost liquid...this place looks like a haven for bacteria...makes you wonder if they are even cleaning their machines inside and out and keeping at proper temperature,; Menchies corporate reply was they would pass on comments to the owner..but the owner of the store apparently doesn't care or the store never would be in this condition.

I ordered from these folks the other day, via Uber Eats. I have to say, I was extremely happy with the results. They packed the order up with care, it was obvious. Also, i was really floored at teh size of their Large. It was massive. Thank guys! Great work!
