I had made a reservation for a high-top table outside, but ended up waiting 40 minutes for an outdoor table that never became available. In the end, we ended up dining indoors and had a pleasant meal, although it did detract slightly from the overall experience.

The server and eating were excellent! the noise level was out of control. I couldn't even hear the people on our own table outside. the music is irritating, but perhaps also a bit too loud, which has contributed to the overall noise level. not the restaurant 'a fault, but a woman the next table must have spilled a whole bottle of perfume over her head before she left the house. exaggerated the delicious food and was not pleasant.

Greeted, beautiful table, beautiful server until the bill came. eating was average, large portions. my side pasta had hardly any red sauce. I asked for something extra. the bill had added 3 items, lol, two we never ordered. we were calculated for a small bowl of red sauce $2.00. I told the server that I should take out the 3 items added. his comment was that they asked for the sosse. I said, please take it off, I literally used a tablespoon. if the kitchen has a reasonable order, I would not be asked to complete it. Do you think he should say there's a complaint? he should definitely delete it. I will not return because of the fees. bad customer service. the server also knew we were upset.

Table not ready until 20 minutes after reservation time. Too noisy, inattentive service and mediocre food.

Had an enjoyable evening with good food. However the timing was off! We were still on our salads when the entrees were delivered. Always awkward as it leaves the servers with no place to put the entrees and has the customer scrambling to move salad plates. Please, owners, if you are reading this, try to remedy this situation!
