The owner is rude, unprofessional and does not know or understand business ethics. If food is not prepared to the customer’s liking, it is good practice to refund the money, and she did so a year ago. However, when I returned to the store nearly a year later and made a large purchase, she actually followed me outside of the store TO MY CAR to fight with me about my past purchase. She tried to grab my door handle and only backed off when I started recording out of concern for my own safety. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

For years I went there. Today and a couple months ago, the philly cheese steak was a joke. Barely any meat and cheese. Seems times may be hard but the difference and the scampty amount of meat and cheese is kinda in our face. Ridiculous. No more. A joke.
