Major's Pub - Delray Beach

Seems like your typical sports bar. Lots of TVs and reasonable priced drinks. Bathrooms are unisex. Maybe I came too late. Time is 2:08am

Phenominal roast beef sandwich. Im from boston and Kellys is the standard and this is as good..Place looks great, tons of tv's and lots of pool tables and darts. Looks like a real fun place. They have a sign that says world famous roast beef amd they ain't lyin.

Bar Rescue's Jon Taffer would be appalled. Shades shut, drinks refilled in the same glasses, furniture clutter everywhere and bathrooms that could have been in Trainspotting... Even for a dive bar this place is filthy. That said, it IS a dive bar. I knew it beforehand and I still went, because, well, I like dive bars. Major's has a great space, lots and lots of pool tables (Although $1.25 a game certainly isn't dive bar prices), it has plenty of TV's and the staff was pleasant. Plus, The price was right: $5.50 draft microbrews (they even had one of my fave's! Dew South Caramel Cream Ale) and $6 heavyhanded doubles all day, every day.. With a little organization and some serious attention to the bathrooms, Major's could easily work it's way up to being the Destination Dive of Palm Beach county.

Very quiet, lots of dart boards and pool tables. Food is decent. But can't hang with the Fox News, won't be back.

Great food roast beef sandwich, chicken Cesar wrap, and the burgers are all very good and you can get TATER TOTS as a side! Prices are all fair and provide good value. Friendly staff and others at the bar all made an out of towner feel right at home. I'm really happy I stumbled across the place and will be back without a doubt. Four stars because I didn't use the rest room, so if I do next time and it's clean I'll revise to five stars!
