For example; $13.00 for one Hot Dog w/Fries is too high. Remember, you are in a residential community whereby Homeowner's could have just as well walked back home and cooked their own food. Your prices need to make sense. Moreover, your French Fries looked and tasted as if it was cooked in old cooking oil. Furthermore, please don't use Swai. Everyone knows Swai has a mediocre nutritional profile and is best be avoided. You would do best to cook with Flounder because it has very little bones.

Wow! we needed a caterer/food truck for a business event and Gina delivered ? She made the whole process easy and her food was unanimous adored. She even sent me home with some leftovers and wow olives in a chicken empanada? I've never had that and it is out of this world. Well done chef.. we hope to have you out again ?

Really a $13 egg roll with little to no meat! Do not get the sirloin egg roll. It’s a joke and waste of money.
