Worst McDonald's on the planet. I keep telling myself not to go there again, but I did. It's unimaginable how bad this place is. Old oil French fries, saturated in grease, stale hamburger buns, and a slice of cheese that was actually crusty on the ends. Don't go to either Phillipsburg McDonald's, same person owns both, and they both are far below par...

Well I would share my experience but your workers are so lazy that they lock the door at 8:00 at a 24-hour McDonald's and your drive-thru is as slow as molasses. I never go there even when you are open so I rate you a zero but you get one cuz there is no zero on this

Excellent service, always quick. Our burgers were hot, including the fries.Parking: Easy parking close to entrance and clean parking lot.

I wanted to complain about cashier not taking my orders directly to store. I should not have to download app to do that. The unsatisfactory response from the server taking the details and specifics of my order was unsatisfactory. DUE TO THE UNSATISFACTORY NEGATIVE RESPONSE I am leaving complaint here. Please and thank you encourage positive customer service and proper up charge etiquette. Rather than to reject business because of request.I have ordered my order across the country some charge, some don't. no one has ever out right said NO

Management is horrible. Accuses customers of asking for free food. When clearly I have my receipt. The food is always old. I’ve been coming here for 25 years fries and hash browns are never fresh. Says they’re open 24 hours but yet theres a line of cars wrapped around the building at 6 am. Let me guess change over? That’s why you’re supposed to plan ahead. Worst McDonald’s in NJ
