Ordered frozen hot chocolate and received a chocolate milk shake instead! Not going back anytime soon ?

I order the same thing almost always, large oreo iced cap with a shot of espresso (which you pay for) and I am lucky to about half the time I may or may not get that shot of espresso. So frustrating!! I hate paying for something you don't get... If I wasn't in a hurry most of the time, or if the drive thru wasn't busy, I would double check that they put it in. So frustrating..

Food ordered on website was not available. Had to substitute other food. I will not use the app/website again.

This place is awful! We ordered coffee to pick up, they took our money and closed early before we arrived. Ridiculous

The ladies working the drive thru always make my day!!! Their energy is just what I needed today, plus they love my dog!!
