The Backstretch - Delaware

Here for lunch today and I must say that the Dulce de Leche Burger is the best burger I had in many years. Fits to the owner of Ingenuity and the cook for a perfectly cooked burger. Very recommended! Thanks for a great lunch!!! Excuses for the picture of the burger already partially ate... It was just so good!

The food was delicious! decided to try outside my box and went with the strawberry Gouda Burger. It wasn't dissapoint!

This place is absolutely amazing, totally overlooked should be packed from wall to wall! I had perfectly cooked the dolce de leche burger and what a great taste! Tiles the owner is fantastic!

The food here never disappoints. Tonight I had the croque monsieur and it exceeded all my expectations. The cheese stretched the length of my arm when I took a bite! My husband loves the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and we are really looking forward to her bad eggs! The menu is raised and creative, without being polite or overpriced. Takeover orders are always hot, well packed and accurate. The atmosphere is fun, in the evenings, but not too loud or wild. Big Delaware Spot!

New to the area and just had a late lunch at The Bachstretch. Our meal was fantastic! My husband had the blackberry bacon melt (BLT), with hush puppies. I had the cheese melt with Gouda and tomato and French fries. The food came out hot, fresh, and fast and it was delicious! Mackenzie was a server and she was very attentive, friendly, and did a great job telling us about the seasonal specials and answering our questions. If you haven’t tried The Backstretch, you’re missing out!
