Caribou Coffee - Delano

15 minutes in drive thru with 3 cars. I stopped coming here because of the c service and their inability to make drinks properly hoping that things would have changed in 8 months but they have not still recommend going across the street to the one in Coborns

This used to be one of the better Caribous I frequent. It has really fallen off in the last 6 months or so. There is a lack of consistency in the coffees from one trip to the next, and although most of the staff is polite, there are those that DEFINITELY are not.

I have never felt more unwanted at a Business when I was told to wait at least five minutes before I show up to pick up my coffee after placing a mobile order while fueling at Kwik Trip, I was given nasty attitude and a lecture from one of the staff members that gave me my coffee that I can't show up 45 seconds after a Mobile order is placed because it messes up their system and it takes longer than a minute to update. Highly Unprofessional and if I did something wrong you don't give a lecture to a paying customer that didnt give you attitude and just wanted my coffee for me and my staff, I will never come back to this caribou, don't give this place your money go to a different location.

The workers are always very nice here. I don?t understand why they always have the ?only accepting mobile orders at this time? sign up a lot when the workers are sitting back there doing nothing. I watched an elderly man walk up and be told he can only order online or Drive thru. Which I?m sure he doesn?t have online being generally elderly people don?t work smart phones all that well (sorry elderly but it?s true lol). Often I order 8 minutes before arriving and my order still isn?t ready. Kind of disappointing. Giving 3 stars tho because the workers are all very nice and the store is in pristine condition!

Alright just discovered there turkey asiago sandwich and I?m in love. Really love chai tea but this is not the place to get it I wish they would change there recipe because I would buy it everyday If it was good! My fav drink here is the mint condition it?s very sugary but very delicious! Workers are kind
