Trilogy is the best! I tried the Queen of Hearts today. It?s awesome that they offer new drinks every so often. Everything here is delicious. The blueberry muffins are my favorite. The staff is always sweet and helpful. There?s usually art to view whileyou wait. Perfect place to meet friends or study.

Easily the best coffee I?ve ever had. I?ve lived all over the US and there are few roasters that even come close. I used to get it every morning, but we moved and now there?s a hole in my heart. If it?s fall, try the sweater vest. It?s like a cozy fallnight by the bonfire in a cup. The staff is undeniably amazing and so welcoming. My husband used to work there, and still talksabout how much he misses his old job. I know first hand how much care, effort, and love goes into this shop by the owners Clayand Michelle. The employees are seriously one of a kind. I miss seeing their smiling faces and getting to taste their coffeethat so much care is put into. Thanks Luke, Anne-Marie, Gwyn and Chase for always making our day better. We can?t wait to visitsoon.

Great coffee in a quiet setting. Trilogy Coffee roasters was a great way to start my day. Indoor and outdoor seating, prompt service, and attentive servers. Right in the heart of DeLand off Georgia Avenue. They also do a lot with local businesses andsupporting local artists. Drink Local ??
