Pizza Hut - DeLand

Well I for starters ended up with the wrong kind of pizza than what I was supposed to get which turned out to be my fault.I drove back to pizza hut and the girl who I always see working there was able to explain to me the difference in what I ordered versus what I was sent to get. Even after I clearly was the one at fault she still gave me the new pizza free of charge which I thought was very nice and felt it wasn't necessary. I did greatly appreciate what she did and I think many other business's could take notes from her on how to treat customers. Thank you very much.

I love the 10 dollar 3 topping large pizza. In Deland, Pizza Hut still meets My expectations. Can’t beat the hut for price and quality at our local Pizza Hut

I've ordered delivery from this restaurant many times, but last night the pizza arrived barely warm. I understand you were really busy, but I would prefer to wait a bit longer for a hot pizza. I suspect the driver delivered several other orders before ours, and we may have been one of the last stops. I'll definitely order from you again, but I hope it arrives hot next time. (I ordered on December 23rd, which I’m sure was a very busy night!)

The pizza crust was undercooked and doughy on the inside. I ordered double pepperoni, but it was not truly doubled. I know that would make it extra greasy, but that's exactly what I was hoping for. However, the pizza had great flavors, and the delivery was pleasant.

The pizza was excellent, and the service was outstanding. We waited outside for our order, which was delivered exactly as requested and right on time.
