Bidra med feedbackI walked in was the only one there while waiting for 20 minutes waiting for service listening to some female employee in the back talk and complain about talking care of her boyfriend I finally decided to walk out and go somewhere else
Walked in and wait 10 minutes, said hello and asked for help but no rush. Lady was very rude and said give me a few minutes. We waited another 10 before help. She came around the corner and said they don't have the cake. Criticized us that we didn't call the right place, we didn't give the right name, we were in the wrong. She continously rolled her eyes everytime we talked to her and explained the cake we ordered. Very rude when we gave her more than enough time to finish what she was doing we were in no rush. Sounds like this is not the first time they have had rude service. Seriously need a team meeting and talk about manner.
Should be ZERO stars! Worst service I have ever encountered in my life. Rude cashier and the Store Manager was even worse. If I was DQ I would close this location and start new. They need retrained in customer service. All I got was an ice cream cone and a burger.
The people behind the counter were using vulgar language while conversing between themselves. Pretty bad customer service when the customers are sittng 25 feet from the counter, and can hear what they are saying.
Worst drive thru experience ever. Dark menu board, asked if they had an item, they didn't. Got a reply with major attitude. Got to the window, she took my , pursed lips, pissed off. No thank you offered. I asked if everything was OK because I didn't get a thank you. Got a curtsey and a smart thank you. Thank goodness she turned the blizzards upside down. Pulled over to a garbage can and threw them away. I'm not eating something from an employee (20ish female, brown hair) with so much unnecessary attitude. Probably spend 500/year at this location. Won't be back.
