Applebee's Grill - DELAFIELD

It wasn't a busy night. We had a group of 10. It took an hour for the server to take our order. She wasn't pleasant at all. Then the server changed and the second server was very pleasant.

Had to wait 35 minutes for dinner, and it was overcooked. There was a woman who walked around the non-stop, with keys that jingled the whole 50min I was there. Service is terrible. Will never make the mistake of going back to this Applebee.

Big hot food and great customer service come here when I'm in the area.

The only good part of this visit was the staff friendly. Food came to us to the air warm best (fruits were cold and stiff). As every time the server was made with a table, it disappeared about 5-15 minutes (not where in sight). Only 6-7 tables are used (not even exaggerated). We won't return to this place at some point, if at all. Did not even get my military rebate (also after friendly questions).

Food was served fast and more importantly HOT!! Just one waiter for the lunch hour, and she did the whole place fabulously!! Wonderful food and service, highly-reccommend!
