Food was great Customer bit so great and the place was dirty enjoyed my food outside over

Ordered online and waited in the chipotle lane for over an hour. Couldn’t leave bc car was blocked in.

Why do they charge 1.73 for that 2 teaspoons of salad

Came back to rewrite my review the staff has improved drastically over the months and I now can say this is a top location .

Hands down the worst chipotle and sadly, it’s the employees. I ordered my food online to pick up in drive thru, and they quite literally added whatever they had in the drive thru food area, half of what I didn’t even ask for. I had to drive all the way back up there to get it remade and when I did, not only did the girl who took the meal from me snicker with the drive thru employees about it, but then the drive thru employees simply shrugged and responded, “oh all that’s in the front.” Which means they KNEW what they were doing. They were literally making the wrong orders knowingly because they weren’t stocked with everything for online orders instead of giving customers what they pay for, which was even crazier because the store opens at 11:45 and I order my food an hour later at 12:45, I guess they ran out that fast. Bottom line, handing customers what they didn’t pay for, not okay
