The Silver Spoon Ratmalana

Utterly disapointing customer service! I made a delivary request for lunch through uber eats and the delivery person kept telling me he has received a different address and he can deliver my lunch only if I pay him extra cash! In my app my home address was put as the place of collection and since it was clear the delivery person was trying to get me to pay extra, I asked him to deliver it back to the restaurant. He kept telling me different adresses from time to time as the place of delivery. In the meantime I called the restaurant and explained the situation. They jept telling me that they have nothing to do with the delivery person. I do understand that's how the system works but when I asked him to keep the delivery person (when he comes to return the food) until I come there or to check if there is a malfunction, they denied to do that. Instead they told me, even if I come to the restaurant, I will have to pay AGAIN if I were to collect the food! In the uber eats app, there was an outstanding bill already which meant I'd be paying double for the said order! They could easily checked this out with the delivary person as it is a negative reflection on their restaurant as well. Instead they said that they can't get involved unnecessarily. Lol Needless to say we won't be ordering anything ever again from Silver Spoon ever again. You guys also be mindful when u order via uber eats or pick me. Do it at your own risk as you won't get any support from the restaurant if something goes wrong.

Delicious food , Especially rice and curry. Good portion size for reasonable prices.

The owner of this shop is a rowdy person who does not know how to talk to customers. I ordered food using the Uber Eats app, and the food delivered was spoiled and smelled very bad. When we called and complained to the store, they replaced the food; however, later, we got a call from the owner blaming us for spoiled food, saying we were cheating by exchanging yesterday's food packs. Please note that we are not CHEAP like you! This would be the last time we will ever order from this place. Cannot be trusted at all, and if you are a customer, would you trust this place to provide clean and proper food genuinely? Also, the owner should learn how to talk to customers. There are many places to get lunch around Moratuwa and Ratmalana, and this is how you want to do business?

Worst food ever. Has a high tendancy of getting food poisoned if you buy anything from this place. No quality at all
