Bidra med feedbackNew management has taken the friendliness and personableness of the two restaurants down quite a bit. Used to be a place you could come in see a smile have a conversation now very much different. I'm sure the personality works well for keeping things running smoothly but that doesn't matter if you don't make customers want to return.
Trash system. Edit: the problem is not the staff. The problem is the lack of staffing by the owner. There was one woman running to make food and serve it as quickly as possible. There was no one to take your order (by design), only a screen that was near impossible to navigate quickly. The owner did not pass on the savings in staffing to the customer. The combos were all over $10-14 for standard fast food. On top of that, I waited more than 25 minutes after I ordered to receive my food because of the lack of staff. The whole system was as bad as any that I can remember.
I am a local and go here often with my family of four. I love the fact that food is always fresh and last time I was in there, Veronica provided excelent service! We will go back for the friendly and fast service!
Tasty food, but make sure you check your bag before you leave, sometimes they forget food.
Clean place, good food and good attention, Angelica took our order, she was very attentive and professional. (i usually don't expect much of fast food at gas stations, but this was a nice surprise)
