The rolls of our sandwiches tasted cold and sponge. The chicken itself was lukewarm. We had better experiences at other locations. I'd say the owner never visited.

I really like this location and usually use the drive-thru, but if you're going to increase the price of chicken by $2, then you should also increase the wages of your workers by $2 to handle it! There's no excuse for these hardworking people not to be paid more for their efforts. They have always been friendly and have always gotten my order correct. Give them a raise!

I love this location! I?ve never been to the store itself but I always order thru the app! And let me tell you every time something went wrong with my driver the customer service I got from this place is/was a 10/10 especially from the managers. I really appreciate this place

I really enjoy Popeyes, but this particular location could use some improvement in management. After a long 10-hour drive, we decided to stop here for dinner. Every single person in line ahead of us had issues with their orders. Despite this warning sign, we were too tired to go elsewhere and trusted them to get our order correct. Unfortunately, they almost got it right, but two pieces of chicken were missing. This kind of mistake should not be happening. It seems like they need better supervision and training.
