Pollo Tropical - Deerfield Beach

I have to say their ads look so much better than the food you get! Both items we ordered were very different than the pictures inside on the counter when ordering. The new wings? Forget it, they're pigeons! My order was waiting for an article. When I mentioned it, they offered to replace everything. They did it, they took it behind the front counter, put it in a new basket and brought it back. I'm done with them!

My recent visit was not busy (Il) and the food was good. However, I was very disappointed that the chain apparently removes the sauce and the fastening bar during the COVID and still needs it back. You will have small cups of sauce, but the vegetables you could get, like fresh chopped onions, they don't have. That was a big part why I liked Pollo. I'm lucky that I didn't have any of the negative interactions with the staff who reported others, or that terrible managers, of which at least 2 viewers had pictures of their visits. I know the times are hard, but chains need to focus on keeping their standards.

At home. Food is extremely good. Finger lick chicken is baked for perfection. Had a pineapple too... The disadvantage of this Pollo Tropical is that it is underaffected for the demand of its site. I waited about 40-45 minutes for my food.

The app is very easy to use. When I arrived, no one even recognized my presence behind the counter. I looked around and took an order with my name, not a check by the staff. Home, all the sauces ordered were not in the bag. The staff must play up there. A little kindness and accuracy never hurts

My wife likes it, so we stopped in. Very clean. Employees are polite professional. She enjoyed it. I came home BBQ some hot dogs with homemade onions!
