Starbucks - Deer Park

Great location if you are in the Pasadena area or at the San Jac Campus right across the street. Huge cafe but not enough seating. Nice patio outside to enjoy fresh air if weather permits.

Wonderful Customer Service, Always Smiling and Very Friendly!

Coffee was delicious and ice cold. And made to my specific specifications. Cashier was very courteous and kind.

This Starbucks was so bad. I have never been to one that has been this horrible!! Order a Peppermint Mocha frappe venti light ice, got one that was nothing mocha not peppermint and zero ice not sure what they called it! They definitely need to be trained again!!! I just got my money back and went to McDonalds instead, that Should tell you how bad Starbucks was!!

Went through and picked up a couple breakfast sandwiches and some egg bites about 30 minutes ago (8:10am).We ate them almost immediately.The outer edges of the sandwiches were warm but the insides were still cold.One of the egg bites was over cooked and dark brown.I called to give the manager a heads up on the quality of the product I was greeted by Justin.However, when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me.I have never had to call about a product I've purchased at this location before so I think an employee hanging up on a customer is a bit rude.No, I wasn't trying to get anything free or a refund.I've worked in the service industry off and on for over 20 years so I know how hectic it is.I just wanted the manager to know for future reference.The manager, Santos, is always phenomenal and accommodating.
