TGI FRIDAYS - Dedham

Service was bad wait was very long for eating and server seemed not happy to be there, I thought it would have changed after new management, but still the same terrible service

I have not only a reservation for sitting on the host to say: "we do not see the online reservations". the waitress “Deneice” made the evening a little better. they had something on the menu “Chile like Calamari” as a new element only to say it was set. they have to bring them together. that's wrong. the manager just came out to say “the menus are wrong” he did not at least try to make it on us. I will find more Fridays

Good food, good value. Hosts and hostesses rarely are aware of Open Table reservations.

The host was polite, welcoming, and efficient. The food was delicious and served promptly while still warm. The dining area was clean and tidy.

I had a wonderful experience! Thank you for making my dinner date with my friend so special.
