Caffè Nero - Dedham

Long line when I got here, but they’re usually busy. I finally get up there, guy takes my coffee and pastry order. Gets the pastry. Then takes the order of the guy BEHIND me and starts making HIS drink. Woman covering the other register finished with the person who had been ahead of me, checked to see if the guy behind me was set and started cleaning. Didn’t bother to check with me, I was still standing at the register like an idiot waiting for someone, ANYone, to maybe make my drink. Nope. I walked out. Used to be my favorite part of coming to Legacy Place to shop. No more.

Very bad drinks and bad attitude employees. He double charged me and not even say apologize. The drinks spilled everywhere on the cup not even cleaned it before hand it to the customer. Unprofessional! Never comeback again

Odd that bathrooms are locked more than half a hour before closing.

They are ridiculously slow. They don’t know the first thing about efficiency and customer service. Stood in line for 20 minutes for a simple hot coffee. They should have a dedicated person for speedy orders like basic coffee and sweets. They have lost my business.

Amazing place to visit there with friends and family. Highly recommended ?
