Little Caesars Pizza - Decherd

First time I went there and they didn't have any hot and ready pizza, It took them about 10 minutes to come to the drive up window

Been waiting 20 min for pizza and when I went though the drive through they did not tell me I would have to wait until after they took my money. Sooo annoyed, should have been informed about the wait time before taking ny money.

I went in around 6:25 September 29th. My total order was around $30. I accidentally hit cancel. My fault!!! I ran my card again. After I got home it charged my bank account twice. I want my cheese!!! And not the kind you put on your pizza!!!

The past few times we've been here, the wait has been absolutely ridiculous. I normally order on the app and it's still never ready when we get to the store at our designated time. I tried to get hot and ready through the drive through today without ordering ahead since it was 5:15pm on a Sunday (should have hot and ready pizza, right? . I sat in the parking lot waiting for 15 minutes and finally gave up and got a refund. Went across the street to Sonic and had my food in 5 minutes. The food here is nowhere near good enough to justify the ridiculous wait. I can get much better pizza from the Papa John's across the road if I want to wait on pizza. We won't be back.

Please don't serve bad food to the public for profit throw it away
