Bidra med feedbackFirst time reviewing a business, one of the worst Subway's I have ever been to. Seems like none of the employees went through training, bread was cut all the way through, toppings were thrown on and were few and far in between. While in line another customer complained about being given a cold bowl of soup. Will never return and neither should you.
When ever I can I go to this location for my lunch break. I am vegetarian and until my last visit to this location I was not satisfied with my subway order. Mr. Patel, who works there shared with me how he makes his veggie sandwich using the veggie paddies. It is top secret, from that day on I get that sandwich when ever I go to any subway. He was so patient and the first subway employee to really take the time and let me know my options. I highly recommend going to this location and trying Mr. Patel veggie sandwich if he is there.
This isn?t even 1 star I?d give it less website says 9:30 but the sign in the store says 8:30 I got there a 8:20 to find the door locked and everything shut down and a person inside do not go here. 2nd time this has happened to me here .
I ordered the steak and cheese. I received a scoop full of steak that didn?t cover the 12? sandwich. The sandwich maker was rude and seem like I was bothering her by coming in to order and interrupting her phone calls. The prices are high compared to other locations and the service is bad. Not to mention my sandwiches are typically good in other locations. This was my first time and I won?t be back.
I only post reviews when I get exceptional or very poor service. I have been going to this location for years because of its convenient location. The staff there has always been very cold, unresponsive, and seem to genuinely be upset that they have to serve you. I have ignored this behavior in the past, but I 'm done with them now. I went today to get a sandwich and said hello to the worker there when I entered. He never responded to MY greeting when I entered, and never once made eye contact with me. After making my sandwich, for which I tipped him for some unexplainable reason to myself, I went to sit down. He said, there is no sitting in here. I said, Why don 't you put up a sign then so people would know? I have no interest in eating this in my truck. I wouldn 't have gone in there if I had known I couldn 't sit down to eat. There are no signs on the door to let you know that. Then I asked him if I could have a second cup so that I could get an extra cup of tea since I wouldn 't be able to get a refill. He replied, There are no refills anymore because of Covid. So to sum it all up, I went to get lunch at a place while wearing my mask, and ME greeting the worker when I arrived, but was never once responded to by him. I tipped him, but then was told I was not allowed to sit in the restaurant (which looked like a trash pile of old newspapers), and then was told I couldn 't get an extra .03 cup to get a drink since he was kicking me out and I couldn 't get a refill on my own. I realize Covid has changed the way some restaurants are doing business, but since every other restaurant in that same shopping center is now welcoming in-house dining, and I was doing what was asked of me by remaining socially distant and wearing a mask, it 's clear to me they just don 't want to have customers in there. I have accepted rude behavior in the past for a 5 sandwich, but as I reminded him, there are about 200 more Subways in the neighborhood, and 300 other restaura
