Steak 'n Shake - Decatur

Loved it!! I hadn't been to a Steak n Shake in 20 years. We went through the drive thru. The lady working the drive thru was very knowledgeable and courteous. I got the single Cheeseburger combo with a Strawberry shake. My husband got the double with a chocolate shake. The burgers were yummy just like I remember. The shakes were awesome!! This location recently just reopened and we will be back!

A perfect example of how a great team and a fantastic leader can really turn a business around. Mr. Carlton, along with his entire team, has changed S&S for the better. It's always nice to feel welcomed and wanted, and the food is great everytime. One of the best places to grab a burger in town!

Only got a shake in the drive-thru. However, the guy that took my order was very good and kind. Loved the vibe

The food was great, but it is lacking in other ways. Someone needs to tell them that their languages could be considered rude and out of line.

Service was quick and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. This location has really turned itself around.
