The manager was extremely rude to me. She told me, "I don't know how you got upset, we're just very busy." It was around 4:45 PM on 09/01/22. Her management skills were very poor. They definitely need to go back for more training! I'm not sure if I will return there. My pizza was lukewarm and disappointing. I ordered and paid for 13 peppermintinis, but only received 4 after paying for 13. I called and complained, but the same person answered the phone and refused to give me their name. I informed her about the pizza and missing peppermintinis, and she said she was sorry and would bring them out. I wanted to tell her that I had never received a lukewarm pizza from them before. She said I was outside of their delivery area, but I told her that it didn't matter since I had ordered many pizzas from them before and none were lukewarm. She told me to stop interrupting her. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. There is a lot that needs to be done to improve their customer service.
Online ordered and could order I thought but not the case tracking is not even correct I waited almost 3 hours on 2 items, which a sweat
Order a pizza been a hour cold and messy they talking about we will make you a new one but it will be another hour I told them to cancel it poor customer service ? need to do better ?
Ordering online waited about 45 minutes to order to say the making called and they said there were 3 orders still before us. app said was 15 to 23 minutes waiting, but nope would be an hour and half to get pizza. I canceled order asked that manager waited on the phone for 10 minutes, no one came to the phone. they have their number if they hire an order, why would they not call and say there is a delay.
