Fuji Japanese Steakhouse - Decatur

I stop in about once a week. Always delicious and fresh sushi! Spicy yellowtail, Fancy Rainbow, and Yellow Stone rolls are my favorite.

The food was delicious. The cook was fun. The waiter was friendly. The presentation on the sushi rolls was beautiful. The ambience was relaxing. We had a great time!

Was told I should try this place out. Let me tell you! This place is one that should not be passed over. First glance at the menu will make you wince but after enjoying the food, the ambience and awesome people who work here. The price is well worth it. I had DeRichey as my server, this fellow is knowledgeable about the menu and will not steer you wrong. Great personality and treats you as a person not a dollar sign. I'll definitely be back and urge you all to stop in!

I highly recommend Hibachi! The staff, including the cook, hostess, and servers, are all very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. The food preparation show is entertaining and I have visited several times with my family. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Compared to other dining options in Decatur, I would give this restaurant a 4-star rating. It may not be phenomenal, but it is definitely a step above average.
