Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

This place always has the most amazing customer service. Which can be hard to come by nowadays. It does not matter how busy they are. They are always fast and very kind. This is become one of my favorite places to grab lunch on the go!

Freddy's always has fresh quality food. The staff and manager is always friendly, polite, and professional. My favorite is the custard and those cheese fries! It is so nice to receive such service since it is so rare these days!

Had the double bacon cheeseburger, very good, reminded me of a local hamburger joint from my childhood. Highly recommend! Went to the new one in Decatur, Alabama.

They wouldn’t give an elderly man a 4 dollar milkshake when his blood sugar was low. The poor man was sick and didn’t have any money. A milkshake is not going to make or break a booming business.

Ordered a kids bacon cheeseburger with only meat, cheese and bacon. Drove home and the burger had ketchup on it, I tried to wipe it off but my grandson could not eat it. So he had the fries only. I couldn't eat my fries they were so hard. Did not have a good experience. They don't answer their phone .
