Dunkin' - Decatur

After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru for a iced coffee I noticed the vehicle in back of me was at the window where you pay and an employee handed out several items to the driver. I also noticed there was no exchange of money. It was either a boyfriend or hold up but either way, the paying customer was left to wait while the car behind got faster service FOR FREE. I complained and all I got was an eyeroll. WILL NEVER BE BACK!

I enjoy the friendly staff at this location! They make any issues dissolve right away with their positive attitude and attentiveness to solve any issue. I am a fan of this staff!

Hot day. Long wait. Understandable. They didn't have chocolate munchkins but they had cornbread munchkins? Bruh.. They don't have that up north, they were fire af!

Drive through moves slow at times but they always make our drinks right very good.
