Needed an afternoon snack so we decided to stop by Tim Hortons. To be honest, I wanted to check it out because I love Justin Bieber and I know he has a partnership with Tim Hortons. I wanted to try the tim biebs! This TH is attached to a Cold Stone Creamery. We parked and walked over to the entrance only to realize the doors are locked and they're only taking orders through the drive-thru. We were a little annoyed at first because we've never been to a TH before the kids also wanted to go inside and pick out their ice cream from Cold Stone. We hopped back in the car and went to the drive-thru. Having never been to a TH before, it took us a while to decide on what to order. Fortunately, the drive-thru staff was very patient and helpful. They answered all of our questions and waited until each of us made up our minds. They didn't make us feel rushed at all. They were just as nice and friendly when we interacted with them at the window. Unfortunately for me, they didn't carry tim biebs, so I ordered the closest thing, the timbits and an oat milk latte. I was pleasantly surprised by the donut holes. They had great consistency and taste. The flavors were good, but the sprinkle one was my favorite. The coffee was also pretty decent. We all liked TH so much, we stopped at another one before leaving Dearborn!
It was just a cup of coffee. But friendly people and good service. Its always the small things in life that matters the most
Well I hope the owner or the manager have an idea about what I’m talking about. When ever I go there ask for a coffee latte they telling me the espresso machine is down. Or we cleaning it. It doesn’t matter what time I go. They answer the same thing. Maybe I’m lucky once a week they making it and I can get my latte otherwise 24/7 they’re excuse is the machine down or cleaning it.
Don't know what's the problem with Tim Hortons and their app. It refuses to let me put my zip code in because it thinks I'm in Canada. Tried forever to find a tech support contact either by chat or phone. Finally got an email and they told me I may have to just dump all my points and start a new account! ??
