Taco Bell - Dearborn

Had to take a star because three times I went late at night and was turned away because they only commanded the door. other than that, good customer service, always clean when I go.

Black beans aftero meal. boren was burned someone pour all the cheese acidic saw so that it soggy the chips. the cash register lied the entry in the bag. everything was cool

We ordered soft tacos in the drive-thru window and they gave us crispy, and ton sauce, what a drop! Maybe if the guy on the drive-thru window (I think his name on the quittung was keshawn) was not busy selling drugged on the window for the people they were before, he would have got our order right! I saw the young give him money and drive away without eating. what I was interested in was my order that was wrong! it was the first and last time I went there!

I have never been able to get service here. On the last two occasions the dining room was closed which meant I had to go thru drive thru.The 1st time thecdining room wss closed and unbeknownst to everyone in the drive thru line, drive thru was also closed. While in drive thru I noticed a couple of Workers who had been sitting in a car, enter the restaurant and lock the door. I 'm thinking the drive thru would open up but did not. Eventually the car up front figured there was no service and drove off which allowed the line to move. It would have been great customer service to have posted a notice on the speaker in drive thru on the restaurant door, that the restaurant was closed and/or for a Worker to come out and inform us the restaurant was closed. Nothing was posted anywhere.2nd time I got to the speaker in drive thru only to hear door dash only. So your drive thru is closed? I asked. The response was, door dash only. Didn 't totally know that meant.On other occasions the dining room was closed the drive thru line was long and slow, so I just went elsewhere.

Human error is to be expected. Our order was incorrect but was corrected without issue. If it wasn't for that mistake I would've given 4 stars but you all made us late for our movie.
