Iversen's Bakery - Dearborn

I've been going to Iversen's for years and won't go anywhere else, never once have they disappointed! Their cakes are soft and fluffy, the frosting is light and sinful! Lol I can't say anything bad! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Number one bakery. My in-laws have been using them since the 80s. And now we've been ordering our cakes from them for over 15 years with consistent perfection every time. We order the rum torte for every special occasion: birthday, wedding, baptism, communion etc. We recommend Iversens's to everyone!

We LOVED our wedding cake! Gina helped us out from the very beginning of the process and we used our own ideas as well as some of hers to make a unique 5-tier cake that turned out dreamy and beautiful. We took home 3 whole cakes after our cake tasting and the combinations were some of the best we've ever had. We ended up picking the white cake with strawberry cream filling for our layer to cut into and had a lemon and raspberry sheet cake for the rest of it. With some coordinating between Gina and our florist, we were able to get fresh flowers to adorn the cake in the most delicate way and the cake topper was placed perfectly. We'd recommend Iversen's Bakery to anyone for a delicious and beautiful cake for any event!

Gina did a fantastic job on my daughter’s wedding cake. Not only was it delicious, it was stunning. We received many compliments especially on the lemon poppyseed with raspberry filling. Gina is so easy to work with and so patient and full of ideas.
