Marco's Pizza - Dearborn Heights

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE OVERALL TERRIBBLLEEEE WILL NOT BE ORDERING NOR GOING HERE AGAIN. To start, I place a pickup order was going to leave almost a 10$ tip because personally I do take out orders my self but the customer service was absolutely mind blowinggg. I walked in the store nobody was at the counter then there was a girl who popped up, I do not know her name but on my receipt it does say Breeana she has lighter hair and umm very very noticeable eyelashes… but back to what I was saying she popped up, had a VAPE IN HER HAND … I’m personally not a Karen or whatever people say now but come on now that’s where you work.. On top of that my order was incorrect. I’m beyond frustrated. I was treated very rudely the entire time I was in there it was just completely unprofessional.

I ate a slice before I left the parking lot. But first time trying Marco’s and I have to say it was well worth it. 12/10

Never have delivery, I only had $100 bill and the guy drops the f word when cashier asked him for change. If you have to talk that way in front of customer you should not be working there... very unprofessional.

While I am always 100% happy with the food and service at this location, this evening was a huge disappointment. I ordered online and it said my food was ready I arrived and there were at least 6 other people waiting in the lobby. When it was my turn, I told the woman my name, she barely turned around and said it would be a few more minutes no big deal, they’re busy so I wait off to the side. About 5 minutes later I noticed my phone number on one of the orders that had been sitting there the entire time I was in there. I finally had to yell loudly since no one was helping anyone at the counter that my food was ready and just sitting there and was told it wasn’t ready. I work in a carry out restaurant so I understand it can get busy and things happen but the leadership was off tonight because none of the other employees had any idea what was going on. I really loved going here but tonight was just bad bad service they had curbside picked up available on their site I didn’t chose this option but another customer did and had to come inside and ASK about it because he had been waiting in his car with his child, and the young man at the counter had no idea what he was talking about. Please do better! because the food is awesome!!!

Always happy with this place. Always consistent. Always friendly. 5 stars all around.
