Local neighborhood gem. friendly service. Eating is good, sometimes very good. reasonable prices and good portions. great early summer outdoor sessions. desserts are made in the house and are very good. warm pumpkin brotpudding w maple ice is one of their best.

Despite the great food and great service we found it quite disappointing that the restaurant allowed us to make a reservation of 5:45 clock when they plan to close the kitchen around 18 clock. we felt hurried. the dishes came with missing items, and none desserts were available after we had finished our dinner because the kitchen staff had already gone home. the management/owner should end at least one hour before closing the kitchen reservations.

Come here 4 years ago and it was great but this place has gone down hill big time. Several items on the menu they didn't have, tables, chairs and floor are filthy, they let kids run around at empty tables and play like its a daycare. NEVER AGAIN! Chalk it up to poor management.

Beautiful afternoon at Skippers. We had the perfect table, inside but right at the open doors. Soft shell crabs and crab cakes were the usual excellent! Can’t wait to go back again.
