Husky - Dead Man's Flats

Always a nice clean bathroom, lots of snacks and a husky restaurant if you need grub. Some of the fun items I added photos of, such as marshmallows, travel sized items. Bank machine was also helpful. The gas station has diesel which is a must for my husbands car.

I didn't know there was a restaurant here until today. It's a lot better deal than most restaurants in Canmore, Banff and Lake Louise. The food was good and the waitress was friendly after we got to chat. The only mistake was my French toast sides were wrong, but I didn't notice until I ate half the food. Classic truck stop breakfast. So good. I will be back

The best place to stop before heading up the mountain. Had the breakfast special this morning, and the potatoes were taste y!!! Don't be influenced by the reviewer that said the portions were small they were perfect for the people in our group. And I just noticed something really cool as I was doing this review Google Maps lists the price of gas at the pump here. I don't believe I've noticed that previous to this.

Great pit stop on the Trans-Canada highway, west bound lane to Banff. A nice selection of snacks, drinks, great parking, easy ramp entrance, exit and clean bathrooms (comfort stations). We will stop here again, definitely. Thanks for continuing on ....
