You need to train your employees on what Fresco Style means. It’s pretty simple no dairy. So no chipotle sauce. 9/10 Tbells can’t handle this incredibly simple concept, yet they offer it as an “option”

I attempted to order food through the drive-through at 11 AM. The attendant was moving cars in front of me through as well, but when I got to the order station, she informed me that they were not open. When I asked her what time they do open, she mentioned 1230-ish. All signs said that they were open for business as well as Google. .

We ordered on line and went to pick it up when the young lady told us they couldn’t fill our order account “out of meat”. Seen some strange things lately but this one has to be right up there. I wonder where the manager was? This was on 12/14 530ish.

Placed a mobile order to pick up. doors were locked at 6:30 with 10 cars in the drive thru. then they handed my order to the person ahead of me so i had to sit here and hold up the drive thru
