Pizza Hut - De Pere

We placed an order today last minute after Toppers pizza in De Pere was unable to fulfill our request. Even though we needed about 20 pizzas last minute for a company hand out, Pizza Hut was still able to get it done. I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone who was able to get our order done super fast! She even threw in a free extra pizza, which she didn't have to do. Super happy with our experience and will continue to use this business for work handouts. Excellent 10/10

They messed my order and delivery was HORRIBLE. Supposedly get a full refund email call to get it and the person said”No You don’t have any credits.” Then she put me on hold, transferred me and then said I was being rude to get my refund.” Great customer service when I got hung up on.

Have always had good service and food here. Most recently tonight, I'm having trouble with the app (and apparently I'm not the only one, and they are crazy busy). The manager is still letting me redeem the offer even though I can no longer get the app to pull it up. I appreciate the customer service they care about their customers and want to make sure we have a good experience!Parking: Parking available along street in front of building but there's also a lot in back
