The staff was always friendly and quick to help with requests. Nevertheless, there were a few small things to complain about: First of all, we had to perceive an unpleasant smell when we entered our room for the first time. The rooms are oddly furnished, a mix of completely dated furniture and modern stylish furniture. It's hard to make sense of the concept, but the room is definitely spacious. The cleanliness of the room should be rated with 3 stars. What bothered us the most: there is no make-up mirror in the bathroom and the breakfast is almost identical every day. This is a pity. All in all we were satisfied, therefore a total of 4 stars. Small improvements and we will gladly come back.

A bit old, but well renovated and kept up to date. Absolutely friendly staff, especially at reception and at the breakfast buffet. Here we really make sure that the guest feels comfortable. At 19/20°C in summer you would like to sit outside on the beautiful terrace even in light rain, unfortunately there is no roof here. Otherwise a very nice, central hotel with reasonable price/performance ratio. I will book again

Mooie ambiance maar voor de lunch voel je toch wat weggestopt in een hal-achtige setting. De lunchkaart is wat te beperkt voor een dergelijk groot hotel, naar mijn mening. De gegeten gerechten waren wel zeer smakelijk. Jammer is ook dat er weinig alcoholvrije opties zijn, bijvoorbeeld bij de G+T's. Service: 5 Location: 4
