Bidra med feedbackI would recommend this place only for their falafel mahshi. It’s a small joint quite popular with the community that lives around . There is something special about these falafels that I’ve not tasted anywhere I’ve been so far . Their shawarmas are good too . If you’d go any length for a good meal this is the place to be . It’s quite hot to sit outside during summer but as I mentioned before ... if you’d go any length ....
Sultan falafel is my favourite falafel place in Dubai. What I like about it is the price point and the casual nature of the place. This is not a fancy place. It does not look like a lot of other well-known falafel chains in Dubai. There is a low-key atmosphere here which is very hard to get in other parts of the emirates. So if you are looking for a more sophisticated place for falafel then I suggest going to one of the other well-known chains. The concept here is very simple: they have different types of falafel and other mezze. My favourite and I think their signature is the green falafel as well as this stuffed green falafel. The stuffed green falafel has a centre with a spicy paste. It’s very delicious, the interior is always very hot, the outside is brown and crunchy. All the while the interior keeps a light and crumbly texture. You can also get the usual tahini dips and other sources for the falafel. I recommend getting at least eight for two people because they are that good! The falafel is roughly the size of A golf ball. This is quite a generous individual portion and you will find on some of the other chains in Dubai that they do not give you falafel this size and yet they charge you a lot more for less. It is definitely worth a journey to go out of your way to come here. One thing I would say is that parking in this area is not easy at all. So you will need to park in one of the back streets and then walk round to the store. Alternatively you may just want to get a taxi! #falafel #spicy
Love hot felafel as a snack with fruit juices. As any Arabic food, felafel too is simple but to get it right, the cooking procedure should be precisely followed. The texture, crispiness, soft centre, outside colour and the hotness; all plays great part in the experience. As it is sold for a couple of dirhams, many do not really take care of these. Loved the felafel here.
I loved my experience here for the sheer delight of the variety they offer. I tried their falafel sandwich and chicken shawarma sandwich both met with my expectations.
We come here often for shawarma as it’s tasty—filled with the right amount of sauce and everything. Will be back to try out some other menus. Ambience is good so far it's just that you can hear the conversations of other people from the other outlet beside it.i think it's better to have at least a meter of space from the other outlet's tables.
