Is this the same Maroosh of the 1990s with AED4 shwarmas and a free falafel while you wait? No. It's not. But it's still good. It's a standard shawarma, not bad not amazing and in la mer where everything is so overpriced, it's a decently priced restaurant. It gets busy but the staff are very friendly and the food does come out pretty quick. The chicken shawarma tastes better than the meat but both are good.
