Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Good prices service. Food took a while to get but was pretty good once it arrived.

No wait at lunchtime, the food is mediocre but palatable. The best thing about this place is the service staff! The restaurant is clean and there is ample parking, plus overflow parking in the mall parking lot if need be. I would not recommend this restaurant for children under 12 as most food choices are huge and there is no children's menu.

I got a gift card for Christmas which let me choose between Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Yardhouse, Seasons 52, and Bahama Breeze. I already had enough experience with the first two, so I wanted to try something different and I settled at Cheddar’s. The layout of it is very spacious and welcoming. As soon as we sat down, our waitress gave us this plate of croissants, which tasted very good. Overall, our waitress and food were great, so 5 stars. By the way, this was last week.

We already love Cheddars Restaurant but my visit to the Daytona Beach location made me love them even more. I had called ahead to find out what time they closed Christmas Eve and was told they stop taking people at 7. We arrived before 7 and were told they could take no more customers. When I explained that we had called and were told they could seat us if we arrived before 7 they accomadated us at the bar. The food was delicious and our server was very attentive and friendly. We were so thankful for this and were very hungry. Thank you for your great service!!
