Bidra med feedbackIf you want to experience local vibe, this is where you go. Nothing fancy, the floor is sinking, the walls cover in stains and history, in short, not the cleanest place on earth, but people are having their best time. We ordered two shots of whiskey before we called it the night, both glasses flowed with a dead fly. Not sure if it’s their signature or simply unsanitary, we swallowed the flies with the liquor like we were doing the sour toe challenge
My ideal kind of bar. Total dive but nice. Bartender was awesome, prices were great, and truly a locals spot. Felt super comfy here and would happily return.
There are two different bars in one. The first side on the left was excellent. Our bartender was generous and friendly, and there was a great eclectic atmospheric inside. I would recommend going to the bar side. The second side on the right is more of a local hangout/kinda club and we did not stay long. It was like a cross between a club and a highschool basement party. They didn’t play dance music and if you weren’t a local, it wasn’t the most welcoming. I would definitely recommend going to the bar side, but the club side, which is a separate entrance, the average tourist can do without visiting.
What a great place to enjoy a brew. We had a great server, Juneau, who offered good options and ideas for cocktails. We stuck with beer but planned to come back for cocktails (we didn't make it). Eclectic setting, make more spirits than you see from the bar, great service, friendly crowd.
Been years since I was there but not really getting the whole Dawson city Yukon experience. Unless they toss you out by 9am on a Sunday. Would love to reconnect with friends late 70’s
