Restaurant Vero - Davos Platz

Dinner for two on Saturday night at 6.30. Welcome was warm and friendly. The setting was modern and with gentle background music. Early dinner just a few diners. Orders a starter (Tomato Soup) and two main vegetarian salad and Prawn Curry. All were absolutely...loved. The restaurant was occupied when leaving at 7.40. Semiliter bottle house red from Italy was great The waiter was charming, contemporary and professional. Would definitely return when we're back in Davos. Costs were only CHF 108, which is very reasonable for Davos.

I just want to say that the customer could be wrong, but you can't tell them that. And this girl trains professionals in the luxury industry. Just to say. If a customer tells the waiting staff that the broth of the chicken soup is red and...that the meat is not chicken, just let us agree not to be arrogant about it and to reply back in silence. Seriously? It's all wrong. And reflects the setting of the hotel reception, so... my expectations were not high when you look at the check in experience. Don't make a big deal. Nobody sent anything back to the kitchen. Let go. Be nice. Nobody insulted you personally. The food was good, the breakfast there the next day and it was nice. Was just made to feel very uncomfortable, which is not funny given the prices they have for casual food (it is Switzerland).

We had a wonderful dinner, everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. They have a good selection of local and international wines. The service was incredibly friendly and fast.

Trotz Werbung und Menue Tafel an der Strasse ist das Restaurant nur für Hotelgäste. Tafel sollte wirklich entfernt werden.
