Ellas - Davos Platz

Please visit this place for a very cozy treatment from the hostess and hostess and good food. Price is good for quality and location and Swiss standards. Service is somewhat slow and food quality compensates it.

We traveled to Davos to celebrate birthday with friends, and 2 days before the opening of the Wold Economy Forum, the city was mad... The restaurant was recommended by the friendly staff of our hotel and we had an EXCELLENT fondue with a... a friendly service. The owners are really special, and if we asked if there would be a chance to reopen for the birthday dinner with friends, they offered to open the small, cozy, cellar restaurant just for us... The next evening I cried forward to confirm, and when we are there, we found our table illuminated with candles, decorated to the occasion, and the owner greets us with a warm handshake. You can really feel that they do the hospitality of love and attention. You are excellent conosseurs of fine wines, the selection that you can have for dinner is limited by your budget (40 years old Chateau Rotchild someone? good food and a warm, friendly conversation in a cozy place... If you are the type that is for posh, sparkling places, you can not find it to your desires, but for those who prefer special moments, warm conversations, good service, and the feeling that you are somehow part of the owners inner circle, visit Ella when you are in Davos.

Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Restaurant. Ein wunderschöner Keller, top Bedienung sowie sehr delikates Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder vorbei.

Erster Eindruck etwas zurück haltend, aber: Keller gemütlich Essen, sehr gut, Service freundlich - ein gelungener Abend!

Spontaner Zufallsbesuch, den wir nicht bereut haben. etwas ungewöhnliches Ambiente, aber das Kellerrestaurant ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Essen ausgezeichnet, Service gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die z.T. negativen Bewertungen in keinster Weise nachvollziehen.
