Their kiosk system is horrible. No customer service. Don’t bother

We waited for 10 minutes at the register before anyone even acknowledged us. Very, very disappointing.

They got my order wrong, making a smoothie instead of a bowl, but they gladly remade it free of charge once they noticed the mistake :

This is by far the worst location i have ever been to. Customer service is atrocious, after waiting for 5 minutes just to be acknowledged I was told to come back in 20 or 30 minutes because they had too many online orders. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if at all possible!

Always such terrible service when I visit. No one ever greets you walking in. They take forever to take your order. The food is always overcooked. They always pronounce my name wrong. Someone helped take my order and walked away as I was using my app for rewards, before i could even pay, he walked away. Someone else walked up several mins later asking what i wanted to order and i expressed i just needed to pay. She was very helpful but pronounced my very easy name wrong but her customer service was great and quick.
