Bidra med feedbackWhen it first opened I was addicted to the food, the staff were ever so friendly and the prices were ok. I am however not going to be returning as my last experience yesterday confirmed some of the other reviews I have read. There is an older grey haired lady who should not be allowed on the floor due to her rudeness and indifferent attitude towards her customers. To treat customers with an attitude that they are nothing tells me this business would rather go broke than serve. I would much rather take the longer trip into the city than grace this place with my money again. 1 Star was still too much.
I’ve read some of the reviews on here and am quite shocked at the bad ones. My partner and I come here often for little lunch or dinner dates. I’ve always found the service great and the unison hello from the chefs as you walk in super special! The food is always great and fresh tasting, I like the fact that you can get up and grab drinks when you want. As soon as the staff realise your done they come over quickly, tally your plates and is prompt with payment too. I definitely recommend going here without all the negative nonsense people have written about this place, it’s an amazing sushi place.
Walked in 2 girls at counter didn’t bother seating us so walked around tried to find a seat but old dishes left everywhere so walked out! no decent selection on train maybe the boss wasn’t working so no one seemed to care as the place had no customers when we walked in but old dishes left and waiter’s just chatting away Had gone 3 weeks prior and it was a great experience kids loved it very happy and if the dish was cold the waitress asked chefs to make new ones
We were in here at the same night and time as Sihan Zhou's review on here. the food was average and the young waitress was friendly. didn't speak to the chefs but the lady who seems to be the boss is quite rude. when “dealing” with the food and hygiene issue with Sihan Zhou's table there was absolutely no discreteness about it, she really could have handled it differently to de-escalate the situation like taking it outside where its private or even appeasing the matter as the restaurant was clearly at fault for this one. instead they ALL had a full blown “discussion” in front of everyone in the restaurant that night. the owner saw no issue with it and was quite happy to debate with the table over the matter. we lost our appetite and left right after Sihan Zhou's table. she didn't once apologise to us about having to sit through everything we saw and heard or even ask us how our meals were. we she just charged us and that was that. we won't be back. and looking through these reviews her rudeness seems to be a common reoccurance that falling on deaf ears or she literally ready these and simply doesn't care. lol...
Quite expensive for what it is. The service was initially nice, then became quite rude when asking prices for takeaway and subsequently taking a while to decide what to order. At one point the service lady rolled her eyes while shaking her head and walking away. Won't be going again.
