Bidra med feedbackWe've been buying pizza from this location for many years. The food is always pretty good. However on our last purchase of a large pizza we found a long hair in our second last piece. This is disgusting. Makes you wonder what we may of missed in the past. Will never buy from here again.
My aunt ordered a vegetarian pizza, and it was totally undercooked, and the dough was stretchy. When she complained about it, they sent her another uncooked pizza with terrible taste which literally made her sick. She went back to the store and complained, the girl at the counter was least bothered and just took it back and got another pizza. This time it was so burnt that it tasted like cardboard. Don't even bother to go in this store. Terrible customer service with terrible pizzas.
They no longer take orders online. They no longer answer their phone, ANYTIME. Obviously Pizza Hut Canada doesn't care about their reputation in the city of Dartmouth, NS
Have been a customer since i was in high school always loved the buffet and of course the bread sticks. Now the store has been purchased by some middle eastern peopel and they fireed the intire staff and 2 people are running the store.. so first off i call dozen plus times and they dont answer and when i finally get thro the girl is rude and frustrated sayin that i can order online.. lol i think i understand that i have that option.. as long as i dont want cheese and bacon on my bread sticks there no option for that.. so i go in and was told 15 min i pay and wait 45 min till the girl who i had paid 45 min prior comes out and asks me wat i want lol ahhhh i guess all us **** asians look the same.. i think if they answrr their phone then they sell more food and can employ more people .. wonder how theres time to even clean the place
With the current pandemic it's either pick up or delivery if you want to have something different for your dinner. I ordered a meal from this location and when I filled out the form left a comment for the driver that the door was open to allow them to place the food inside. I catch the driver in the process of dumping my order on the porch and returning to the car. I asked him to put the order where specified and not the porch. At this point he decided to tell me that he forgot to bring part of the meal, but would bring it within 30 minutes. Yeah, right. 90 minutes later I attempted to call the location and only got an infinite robot queue with the music turned up high enough to discourage such impertinent behaviour. The customer service website is an oxymoron. Never again. I'm out the cost of part of the meal and the tip that this individual did nothing to deserve. Avoid this place like Covid-19.
