Bidra med feedbackOn first try, we weren't pleased, the primary issue being the portions being light based on the menu description. The owner reached out to rectify the situation and we were pleasantly surprised on the second go-around. It really did seem like we caught them on an off night or that they hadn't fully established procedures for take-out. Sometimes these new endeavors can take a little bit of doing to get the kinks worked out. Having worked in kitchens, I know what it's like to prepare takeout orders when the systems in place aren't built for it. Sausage is lean and outstanding, pulled pork was fantastic and the ribs were done very well and the obvious star of the show. Still not blown away by the brisket but there are few things that the BBQ sauce can't fix. We were a little sad to miss out on mac and cheese but that is something we will be back to try. It's very good to see southern sides. Cornbread next? Will be back for more.
Good brisket. They're still getting their feet under them but it'll be awesome to have some good BBQ in Dartmouth. Big improvement over the old Hub. Impressive wood smoker. Need to revisit for the ribs.
Brisket and ribs were excellent. Pulled pork was okay, and the not sure if we got a bad sausage, but it was extremely dry and did not have any flavour. Fries tasted good but were soggy.
Quinn's BBQ brisket is as good as you're going to get inTexas and Oklahoma.
Brisket and ribs that slide off the bone! Pricing structure for 2 or 4 people that includes everything would go over well.
