Cafe Rouge Bluewater - Dartford

On my birthday, I went to this restaurant with three members of my family. We all had a wonderful experience, with delicious food and great service from the staff. I made a mental note of our waitress's name, which started with a B and she had dark hair. She was very attentive during our visit. Unfortunately, I lost the paper where I had written down her name.

I am sorry to hear that this restaurant is closing soon. However, we have been noticing a decline in quality for some time now. There used to be a lively atmosphere with live singing on Sunday evenings, and the food and menu were good. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated. Today's visit will likely be our last, as our order was delivered incorrectly. Although it was corrected, we did not eat our meal together. It seems that many restaurants in this chain are closing, which is unfortunate. Perhaps it is because the company is not taking proper care of its customers.

I frequently have breakfast at this restaurant before heading to work and it's consistently fantastic. The friendly servers take my order quickly and the food always arrives promptly. It's well-cooked, delicious, and good value for the price. Jack served me during my last visit and he was excellent, remembering my regular order which made me feel like a valued customer. In the past, Beatta has also provided the same level of excellent service. I have no complaints, this place is excellent!

We decided to visit the whole family today bluewater and cafe rouge. It was a great choice. Many thanks for the wonderful service made by Beata. She was professional and very friendly. Our little one had a little breakfast and we orders grande and veggie breakfasts. We will definitely be back here! Thanks Beata!

We went in today for a late breakfast. The service was excellent, thanks Jack. My husband had eggs Benedict and I had Avo on toast. I asked Jack how the onions on top were cooked/pickled and he asked the chef for me. It was delicious
